THE YEAR OF THE KITCHEN: February

I can’t believe another month has flown by! You know what that means….It’s time for Kitchen Outfitters! Click here for the whole story, click here for my list. Just to catch you up to speed, I’m in the process of adding all the proper and necessary kitchen tools I need to be a delicious cook. It’s all about function this time, ok, let’s be honest a little bit of looks too but function first!

For February I’ve decided to get my measuring spoons. I’m sooo excited for these. I’m sure you’re saying, “get a grip girl, they’re just spoons.” But they are so much more than that! These bad boys will fit into spice jars, I’m telling you it’s all about the function. When I bought my first several sets I got them because they were in a cute heart shape, or a bright orange color. I never even thought about what they would need to fit into or how durable they would need to be. These new guys are also metal so I can throw them in the dishwasher and not warp them. Heck, they might even stand up to my garbage disposer a bit better. Oops! Live and learn right?
