Kitchen Facelift:Get a Handle on Yourself
I’ve debate long and hard about this and I’ve bugged enough people with my indecisiveness, so I’ve decided to pull my big-girl pants on and stick with my original plan of a white kitchen! Hooray! I feel better, don’t you ?! So now that’s out-of-the-way we can move on to something else.
So how does making the cabinet hardware selection sound? I think it’s a good step to take. I’m pretty certain I know what I want but I’m going to do some serious shopping this week to make sure and hopefully buy something. I’m still contemplating chrome vs. brass. I’m hoping once I see them in person the decision will be clear. I’m quite smitten by this brass on white combo!

The number 1 brass pull looks just like my chrome pulls, so I of course like that one! Did you notice that there are different metals in this kitchen photo? Looks like the faucet is chrome, the floor is pewter and the beverage center has it’s original stainless pull. Does the metal-mixing in this room bother you? I know we were debating this the other night. I feel like the light over the sink pulls the floor and the brass around the kitchen together. Beautiful kitchen, and I think you’re set on the brass, that’s what you like, and that’s what you should do.
I spent an hour in Bona today looking at knobs and pulls! I’m going back tomorrow to order them-so exciting!!
I would go with any of the brass ones…Yes I love the revival!!! Go for it!
